Is there a way to select a BIOS for a device of the system (e.g. for a controller card) from the command line? The -bios option seems to be limited to the system BIOS only.

I can see the available BIOSes by -listbios and select them in the OSD.

You can do it like this:

mame.exe renaissa -exp maestro,bios=0

You’re supposed to use the mnemonic name, not the number. The numbers are too fragile.
