Hap- I haven't figured out the correct order yet, but one thing I noticed is that the debugger shows the TMS1700 reset address as 3c0 instead of 1c0. I don't think it matters because the address bus is 1 bit shorter, so 3c0 is an alias for 1c0, but it did throw me for a bit.
