I have decapped and posted some pics of a GI AY-3-8800-1 that LN sent me.
I have an AY-3-8500-1 from my own Hanimex 777 pong game that I got for Christmas '76 or '77 (it was B&W and didn't have the gun). The case and PCB are gone, but I still have the IC and potentiometers. I've been meaning to decap the chip, but just haven't gotten around to it. I couldn't find any die shots with a quick Google search, so I'll do it in the next few days.
