Yeah, Fiji had a hard time stitching it since the contrast was so low; I was surprised it did that well. And that was over 3000 pics stitched together, so doing it by hand is out! If I adjusted the contrast first, stitching might do better.
The microscope pics show the common and segment "traces" (from H1-H4 and a/b1-16) as well as the segments themselves, and where they overlap it's sometimes hard to figure out exactly what would be displayed.
