At least for this one, if we want to "perfect" the font for "CONGRATULATIONS" and "WINNER", the font is probably ITC Avant Garde Medium: http://www.identifont.com/show?N6

(The same font is used for almost the entirety of the instruction booklet for 1978 Electronic Battleship, with a significant tweak to the '1' character by Milton Bradley; the same tweak appears on the font on the reflective plate with the settings switches on Simon, as well.)

EDIT: The other font (TIME, GAME SET, SCORE, PERIOD, PLAYER, LEVEL, and BONUS THROW[1]) is probably Helvetica Neue Black: http://www.identifont.com/show?2GY or Helvetica Black: http://www.identifont.com/show?2LHJ
[1] Unlike the other words, 'BONUS THROW' is compressed horizontally somewhat.
This same font is used for all the text in 'NFL' as well?
