I found Incog's Tetris and deglobbed the MCU- it is the same die as on Space Invaders: ELAN EU3A05. There is another glob that has TSOP48 pads that looks like the same pinout as the ROM on SI, so I'll wire it up and dump it. There is no 3rd glob or chip.
