Just pasting my comments here

The Radica SSX game appear to have the Xavix logo on startup, which would probably make that one the same hardware as Taito Nostalgia if it gets dumped (heavily customised 6502 core with extended opcodes) Peter was going to probe some of the Taito Nostalgia hardware with me at some point to try and figure that one out. You can tell these ones are a step up presentation-wise from the ones I've been looking at.

also that LCD Tetris game Radica also did, the one with the big screen, people on ebay want £200+ for it(!) There's a smaller one that's still relatively cheap, but who knows if it's the same code.

Looking at the videos of the Jakks ones, they're way more complex than anything here video-wise (even moreso than the Xavix ones) they look somewhere between GBA and DS but with TV resolutions and the arcade ports on them look basically perfect, could even be emulation based.

Btw I think the Radica Skateboarding might be the same hardware as the 6502 ones, looks about the same quality as Tetris / Golden Tee / Space Invaders

Some of the Radica PlayTV games might be similar, Huntin'3, Baseball etc. it's difficult to tell because I can't find any videos of them from power-on to gameplay, only clips of people playing, but again they look similar quality, similar video feature set etc. (basically a single layer + sprites, 256 colours at most, 256x256 resolutions, generally slow paced)

Haven't found any videos of the Radica Cricket game, but based on auction pictures it looks similar..

It looks like some of the Radica PlayTV ones actually have 'powered by XaviX' on the box, which is helpful

that would put them in the same category as SSX / Taito Nostalgia too (ie more difficult to emulate)
