x.y.z, starting index=0
x = O group
y = O segment
z = H common

eg.

O2A H1 = 1.10.0

I don't know what chip HMC HA1152 could be.
For Holtek, I'd expect HLxxxx or HTxxxx.
HMC may be Hansa Manufacturing Corporation? Google says they make melody ICs.

As for bikermicefrommarssegs.svg: Could you upload the source picture? With a 1bit monochrome result(aka the SVG) I can't see what is a scratch/dust or what is a notch on the actual LCD segment.
