Those were used on a lot of the Coleco Telstar systems. Do the chips basically package transistor transistor logic into a single integrated circuit?
I haven't spent much time analyzing the dies, but I assume they are state machines. I'll try to get more for comparison. These 2 dies are broken up into several blocks, and there are blocks on both dies that are very similar.
