I've been trying to figure out the page order for the Starfox ROM, but I'm not very good at deciphering decoders. I'm fairly certain it won't be sequential; it looks like the lsb alternates, giving counts like 0132, 1023, 2310 or 3210. I assume the selection of top ROM array vs bottom ROM array is either by lsb or msb. I'm pretty sure the rows are the bytes in each page in sequence, and that the bit positions in each byte are 0-7 left-to-right.
