G&W Balloon Fight (new wide screen) has now been preserved in MAME

Thanks to JD for kindly providing the game!

The game is using the SM511 and is actually sharing the exact same PCB layout as Climber (new wide screen). The melody ROM has been extracted electronically and is not certain to be 100% accurate.
