These two pics are pretty close of what I think it would look like, as the screen seems straight on:
Basically... if the screen is in the parallel plane to you, the top of the control panel is slightly tilted toward you; if the control panel is in the parallel plane to you, the bottom of the screen is tilted away slightly.
Unless you are trying to be really strict about things, I don't see why not set the artwork and screen both to be all even and parallel, and let the end user choose to tilt the screen or not.

And in addition to the full, you could include a cropped-in view, that is just the screen and bezel.
Also... the Tabletop versions that also have a Panorama version (DK Jr., Snoopy, and Popeye) are supposedly the same artwork and ROM, so those could have multiple views (not that I'm trying to lay more work on you).
