Being that it's a watch, I can almost guarantee it's a blob, and only the necessary pins to make it operational are likely to be bonded out.
It would have to be decapped/deglobbed and the ROM dumped manually... I'm just not sure how easy that is for Sean (or someone else) to do and be fairly certain it'll work...
Pretty sure I have an extra Game Time laying around somewhere, if I can find it I'll open up and see what we are working with...
