The HK623 or HK628 seem like the most likely candidates for what's inside the "Echo Keyller" at least to my ear. I need to find the weird batteries this thing needs to make it run again (or would a 3v cr2032 work properly? I'm not even sure what batteries this originally used... it used two small button cells of some sort)
Edit: The Executor video above almost certainly uses the HK628 or a clone (has the 'faster' bomb dropping sound and 'faster' machine gun), I'm not sure whether the Echo Keyller is using the 623 or 628 until I can power it up. It should run on anywhere from 1.8v to 4.8v so a 3.0v CR2032 should run it just fine...
Edit2: the HK628 can't be it, since it only has two inputs (one to play the next sound effect in sequence, and one to play all 8 one after another), so the Executor may be a clone which uses the HK628 style sound effects but with 8 separate input pins like the HK623... unless all the buttons are wired in parallel so pushing any button does the same thing.
