Some MESS N64 WIP. Since it looks like the N64 driver is going to stagnate in legal hell without external intervention, I took it upon myself to port over a bunch of fixes from Mupen64. Things are much better, but there are still a lot of Z-sorting, blending, S/T lookup, audio and CPU bugs.
