no. at the moment, I think the only solution would be to have a separate driver with the sgb bios and the gameboy hardware and you only load .gb carts to it

in a perfect world (i.e. once we have devices everywhere in the source), we would have a single cartslot with a "child" cartslot device so that you emulate mounting the cart inside the sgb expansion
