A-Train was one of my favourite games on the Amiga, aside a couple of bugs which could ruin some scenarios.

The PC version is pretty funny running natively on modern machines (under DOS or Windows), the actual game runs so fast that it's like watching some life simulation with the cities grow, but building the tracks and using the menus causes the game to hang for about 2 minutes between each click, rendering it nearly unplayable. I think it runs alright in DosBox, but nice to see it running in MESS too. I guess the Amiga one has better music tho ;-)

I believe this is the only one of the series that was ever translated from Japan and heavily promoted overseas tho?
