Phillips CD-i? There's partial support, some games work. Kind of a weird system to bring up in reference to Dreamcast WIP though.

I think kaylee is referring to the CDI file format for Discjuggler - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DiscJuggler - very common to see Dreamcast games as these.
