DiscJuggler itself is likely to be supported eventually if good enough documentation ever happens, but Dreamcast games need to be real GD-ROM dumps sourced from .gdi.
There is a cdi2iso conversion utility that was made (source is available). Perhaps it can be used to assist the support coding..
