It should, Lost Patrol was an OCS/ECS game.

Games get "AGA fixed" so they will run on 3rd. gen AGA chipset Amigas (A1200, A4000) not for emulation purposes.

Of course I gave my Amigas away before moving here otherwise I'd gladly check..
