Try removing NVRAM before running it. Some versions of Human68K seem to change settings that cause issues in others.
Another idea is to empty drive 1, leaving only the boot disk in drive 0. Once it starts booting, use the file manager to mount the second disk in drive 1. This issue does occur in other emulators, too.
