Not all FM Towns games will run on the Marty (or the Towns II UX) due to limitations of the 386SX CPU and the different memory map with the 386DX/486/Pentium based model. Most should though, TownsOS/DOS will use the CPU's address translation to make it look like the hardware is where it is mapped on non-386SX models.
Also, if it runs on the Marty, then it should run on any of the FM Towns drivers.
