It seems a bit small for the entire contents of RAM, pretty much only covers the 80186 IDT. Will need something that dumps at least the first 4k of RAM, the module table should be somewhere near the end of that area.
Perhaps it's possible to dump the ROM contents (not sure if the BIOS ROM is always visible, or if it can be banked out) with a simple BASIC/ASM/C/whatever program, or write a simple program to check the module IDs of each module?
